Hm, this text is okay, but as introduction you could also name shortly
which events for example cause this hook to be run.

The rest of the documentation seems okay for me (at least I've understood
what w-c-hook does).

Personally, I see this w-c-hook as a first step to a more event-driven
XEmacs thus I like the proposal.
I cannot think of _the_ example to demonstrate the power of w-c-hook, but
the mere idea (abstractly seen) is fine already.
