AFAIK there's InstallShield, and there's everything else.  We have two
separate free installers in our tree already, and Ben is still not
happy.  There are plenty of people with access to InstallShield and
similar tools; they just rarely volunteer to do the work, and even if
they do it's a one-shot thing.

As for automation, presumably it's possible, but once again, who's
going to do it?
