ILISP

    Is 'ilisp' package expected to work out-of-the-box?   A major part 
of the info node is about how to /install/ it -- when I would have 
figured it was already installed by the package system.  Or, do I need 
to run the Makefile??

    I plan to use clisp as the 'inferior' process.
    I'm running Cygwin XEmacs 21.4.15, and I've installed everything 
that will fit.
