Hi,

I am using

XEmacs 21.4 (patch 15) "Security Through Obscurity" [Lucid] (i386-suse-linux, Mule) of Tue Apr  6 2004 on glaser

on a SUSE 9.1 Linux machine.  As long as I was working with SUSE 9.0,
the jde package worked fine.  Since I updated to SUSE 9.1, when I
start jde-mode for a file XYZ.java, I always get the error message

   Buffer XYZ.java was not set up for parsing

After that, jde simply does not work, the menu is inactive.  I would
be glad if somebody could give me a hint.
