New Frame issues

Hi,
I have diffecrent color codings for C/C++ code, set in my .emacs file and it works just fine when I open a C/C++ file. When I launch a "new frame" from this frame, all the color codings are screwed up in the new frame and it follows some weird color coding scheme. I am not sure why it hapens. any idea?
