force .emacs conversion

Hi all,

does anyone know how to initiate the conversion of
the .emacs file into the new format (.xemacs directory
and options file). Normally Xemacs offers you automatically
to do that, but I once chose not to do it and not to be asked
again. How can I tell Xemacs to do it?
