Xemacs indentation for php

Hi, 

I would like the behaviour of turning on the cc-mode indentation in the <?php ?> tags
but turning off when escaping and doing html. 

I have been looking at the cc-engine.el source and can't seem to find the place where I should change.

Is this behaviour possible?
