flyspell only in c++ comments ?

Hello,

I had a crazy idea:

Is it possible to use flyspell mode only in c++ comments ?

I'm programming lots of C++ code and in the code sections, flyspell is a 
bad idea. But since the comments are read by many people, It would be 
quite fine to use flyspell between /** */ blocks...

Unfortunately, I don't have the slightest idea how to do this...
