Keybindings for a Kinesis Countour keyboard

I've just recently started using a Kinesis Advantage keyboard.  So far
typing is going OK, but getting used to the emacs command sequences
isn't as easy going.

Are there any Kinesis users out there who have found that alternate
keymappings work better for them?  Or are the defaults ideal once you
get used to them?

Part of my problem may be I have the Windows key (right hand side alt
key) setup for many Window manager commands, I may have to remap this
to alt to give me left and right alt keys.
