subversion support ?

Hello,

Does anyone know what's up with the subversion support in xemacs ? I know=
=20
of psvn and vc-svn:

psvn - I don't like it, because I am very much used to the C-x v v,  C-x =
v=20
=3D bindings and functionality. But: At least, it seems to work...
vc-svn - sounds better to me, but I found no vc-svn.el that is actually=20
working. I tried:=20

         Neither worked (errors in defalias or vc-handled-backends ...)

This would be sad, because I like xemacs AND svn...

Oh, nearly forgot: I'm using xemacs 21.4.17 (debian testing)
