Selection won't go away after M-x facemenu-set-default

Hello,

There is a little annoyancy when using enriched text: Usually, when I=20
select some text (using Sh-up or Sh-down) and then move the cursor withou=
t=20
holding shift, the selection disappears. But when I select some text, do =
a=20
M-x facemenu-set-default or a M-x facemenu-set-foreground and then move=20
the cursor (without holding any other key), the selection is still=20
modified as if shift was still pressed. A Mouse click or a Left, Sh-Right=
,=20
Left combination then clears the selection again...

Do you have any hints what's wrong there ? Is this a known behaviour or=20
should I submit a bug report ?
