the top and left property

Hello,

Section "X Window Frame Properties" of XEmacs Lisp Reference Manual
says:

`top'
     The screen position of the top edge, in pixels, with respect to the
     top edge of the screen.  The value may be a positive number POS,
     or a list of the form `(+ POS)' which permits specifying a
     negative POS value.
----

But the following causes an error.
    (set-frame-property (selected-frame) 'top '(+ 10))
    => integerp (+ 10)

This error happens both on version 21.4.14 and 21.5.15.

Is this a bug or is the info wrong?
