problem startup xemacs 21.4 SuSE Linux 9.0

Hello list,

whenever I start Xemacs I got a splitted window, and tin the warning window is 
the message:

(1) (warning/warning) Autoload error in: /usr/share/xemacs/xemacs-packages/
lisp/apel/auto-autoloads:
	Already loaded
##############################cut here##########################

What might be the reason, and what can I do to avoid it?
