ispell problem on win2000

Unable to do spell checking with my xemacs installation on win2000. Whenever
I choose
"spell" from the menu bar, the response is:

       "Searching for program: No such file or directory, ispell

I do find that "<..>/xemacs-pacakges/lisp/ispell" directory exists in my set
up.
