Bob Weiner, former principal of Altrasoft, Beopen.com, and
deepware.com, is the only person I know of who offered specifically
XEmacs support (he's the principal author of Infodock, and of the
Hyperbole and OO-Browser packages).  However, AFAICT he has completely
dropped out of sight.

You might check the GNU Emacs distribution; I think they used to have
a list of organizations that sell support.
