abort on 8-bit debug print

Version: 21.5 Xemacs always aborts when trying to display 8-bit text when debug-coding-detection is set. Sending both iso8859-5 file which was being visited (and code-detected) and gdb output on abort (which also includes 8-bit text). Feel free to request additional info.
