 shipyards and repairing divisions. All our officers and crew have obtained
 certificates, which are internationally recognized as required by IMO,
 comply with STCW'95 requirements and valid GMDSS certificates for all
 navigators. The officers have a very stringent five and half-year training
 period with an additional 12 months on-board training, also the ratings
 have a two years training period before they get positions on board of
 vessel. We have a number of well-trained, experienced officers and ratings
 who are likewise familiar with the repairing of vessels and equipment
while
 at sea. This can save owners a lot in dry dock costs. Our catering staffs
 recruited in Bulgaria have a successful record of work on passenger
vessels
 and ferries. The applicants are willing to except an wage and a term of
 contract at highly competitive levels and at the same time,we can ensure
 the quality of the seafarers supplied. A typical contract period is
usually
 from four to nine months depending to owner's requirements and the type of
 the vessels. All officers and ratings are fluent in English. We conduct
 pre-employment medical examinations, which will ensure that all our
 crewmembers are fit for service. All of our candidates are subject to an
 alcohol and drug-screening program to ensure that seafarers are not
 habituated to drink and use drugs. Also all our personnel operate to high
 safety standards with no repatriations due to injury. All of our personnel
 are aware of the drug, alcohol and smuggling abuse polices operated by

 owners and are required comply with routine testing. You can rest assured
