Hi all XEmacs users on NT/XP,

I'm trying to find a way to work on UNICODE text (inputing CJK 
characters) by XEmacs in an XP box
Is there anyway to install the MULE-UCS packages? and how is the status of 
MULE-UCS in recent year?
