Too big shouldn't be a problem, it looks like I just threw out the
baby with the bathwater.  A message from you on the right date does
show up in the incoming procmail log, but not in the outgoing resend
log.  Very sorry!  (... and volunteer moderators welcome ...)

It's a bug in mule-ucs.  mule-ucs should handle characters it doesn't
know about (aside from those that are defined to be undefined).  Maybe
enabling jisx0213 support would do the trick, but that's not obvious.

OK.  I doubt anybody is learning SKK anymore; it's quite efficient if
you are willing to invest a lot in learning the tricks, but it takes a
lot of investment compared to modern input methods.
