ispell in windows2000 Xemacs?

Hello folks,

I am newbie to use Xemacs in Windows2000. When I use spell check
function, Xemacs reports: "no such file or directory, ispell".

I searched on google and do find some tips of how to install ispell in
windows and integrate it into Xemacs. However I checked my Xemacs
->tools->packages, and I found the ispell has been installed. Do I miss
something or I should configure some in special to use it?

Any clue and hints will be appreciated.
