Hi Nancy, you're right.

Using
http://ibiblio.org/pub/mirrors/xemacs/windows
works fine with setup.exe

Andy, Nancy, using
http://ibiblio.org/pub/packages/editors/xemacs/windows
crashes setup.exe repeatably!

Any ideas?
