init.el for xemacs under win32 for latex

Hi,

I don't know if there is a special init.el for xemacs under win32 for 
latex users somewhere, that is the reason why I published my init.el 
in the internet, it would be nice, if there is some improvement of my 
init.el, for example it would be fine to have a special mode for 
editing batch-files for WIN32-Dos (*.bat), here is my init.el:
