Hi! I use window splitting, and with those split-bars I have a problem (up to ver. 21.4.13): When I split the window (as layout A), the bar between the two resulting area seems to calculate a percentage. When the progress bar appears (or, the app window size changes, =both GUI events), the bars are re-positioned according to percentage (as layout B) BUT then the percentage is seemingly re-calculated - when the progress bar disappears again, the resulting re-re-positioning of the split bars (layout A') is different from the original layout (layout A). Thus, if I load many files (and the progress bar of font-lock mode appears/disappears) the split-bars move around, and when some window gets too small that window disappears. A better way would be to have a split-bar calculate its positional percentage only on creation (=splitting a window) or repositioning by mouse/key event, but keep it on GUI resize events. -- Yours sincerly Mike Schwinnen Software Developer IES GmbH, Aachen
