I don't know of any emulator for XEmacs in VS .NET.  XEmacs does run
on MS Windows; see http://www.xemacs.org/Downloads for a 'net-based
installer.  There are C# modes out there, but AFAIK we don't
distribute them yet.  Again, if you find one that seems reasonable
quality, let us know.  We'll probably ask you to add and maintain it.
