xemacs window size/position upon startup setting (on Win NT/XP)

Apologies if this isn't the correct forum for this question, but I've 
got the WinNT version of XEmacs and for the life of me I can't figure 
out how to get the initial Windows' window frame to come up 
consistently in the same size and spot that I want it to.  It's always 
too big for my monitor size and overlaps my task bar at the bottom (and 
is too narrow, etc.)

Is there a feature / setting in xemacs that allows one to specify this 
parameter?  If not, can you please add one to your feature request 
list?  Even just a reply/tip on how to set my cmd.exe parameters to 
achieve this (and perhaps include it in the next rev. of the xemacs 
FAQs would be great)!
