bug with dialog frame

with the latest version of XEmacs under windows,

if you take a buffer (*scratch* for instance)
do Esc-x eval-expression
then (make-dialog-frame)

and then you type in the dialog frame ... every character you type is=20
duplicated, while if you type in the normal frame, in the same buffer=20
everything is fine.

This bug  does not appear under linux nor OSX.
