Xemacs, windows XP and UTF-8

Hi !
 I have installed Xemacs on windows XP. I need to save files using UTF-8 =
encoding. But when I search, I find references to MULE, and I only find i=
t for Unix. Is it possible to install the UTF-8 encoding for Xemacs on wi=
ndows XP ?
