XEmacs COM binding for Windows

Hi all (assuming I am talking to a mailing list),

Is anyone of you aware of a COM binding for XEmacs ?

I am thinking about (ab-)using XEmacs as the glue logic in some lisp
programs gathering data from some reports and merging them into excel
sheets...
