Killing dedicated window buffer with does not close the window

Hi All,

Killing buffer that has dedicated window (using 
'special-display-buffer-names'), just kills the buffer and does not close 
the window. I found a release notes record for the XEmacs 21.4.5 that states 
that it has been fixed, I'm using XEmacs 21.4.11.

Any help is appriciated.
