screen bindings

hey all,

I'm not a typical xemacs user - most of the time I'm on a unix box, using
screen and vim, and am looking for environments on win32.

Anyways, I'm a much bigger fan of the screen bindings than the emacs -

C-a C to create a shell,
C-a S to split the screen
C-a <space> to cycle through buffers
etc.

because they cater more to someone who runs lots of shells - and who is
normally a vi user. Is there a screen emulation mode for xemacs?

Also, is there a mailing list specifically devoted to the viper extension?
If you are going to emulate a vi, I would think that you would want to emulate
vim (integrated help, multiple undo, syntax coloring, etc).

Thanks much for any help,
