Bugger!

This is an error on my side (would someone please pass me the pointy
hat?) ...  I've built the sasl very recently, and although there's no
substantial changes to the code, some things in the Makefile have been
updated, causing this discrepancy between the actual package size and
the one setup is expecting.

I've changed the configuration file on ftp.xemacs.org to match the
current situation, so you might retry.  Also, locally, I build a new
version of the package and put it into the pre-release directory.
