RE: XEmacs and Cygwin

I meant to reply to the list but I think I replied only to Andy.

After posting to the list I discovered this.

I had been running ./xemacs from the bin/i686-pc-cygwin directory and
nothing worked. The first time I ran ./xemacs-21.4.13.exe, that worked
fine, now they both work!
