Help for xemacs setting to input method Chinese GB

I just stepped into xemacs world. As a total newbie, I badly need your
help.

I installed xemacs 21.4.13 under windows 2003, and dont know how to
allow input of Chinese GB characters in Xemacs.  I can find solution
for gnu emacs through google, but no luck for setting in xemacs.

Could you please help me?
