Thanks.  We would be very interested to know your experience, as there
are a fair number of problems with Windows XP on more recent versions
of XEmacs.  (We're currently up to 21.4.14, I think 21.4.13 is
available by netinstaller, and 21.4.14 should be available soon.  We
make InstallShield versions available when contributed.)

Also, I gather from the tone of your report that this is not a
showstopper.  If you needed to repair the registry, a full report of
(1) the symptoms that characterize the problem, (2) how to confirm the
registry defect, and (3) how to repair the registry would be greatly
appreciated for inclusion in PROBLEMS and on the website (I'm totally
clueless here, and our Windows experts are currently at a low level of
activity, so this could make weeks of difference if you have the time
to make the contribution).
