the Volga. The latest in Andy Hershey's Stalingrad actions finds us back in  
the 
Barricades, this time at the onset of Operation Hubertus in the final push to 
take the city.

se the fighting shift into the fuel tank farm in the Eastern rear area of the 
southern  
RB map. Big 
killer of a scenario for all you fans of urban combat, looks like another goods 
one  
from 
Andy. 
  
We'll also 
have a new partnership to announce, the ongoing scenario design contest, a 
look 
at Churches 
in ASL and of course Carl Nogueira's continuing Tactical Tips along with a 
remake 
of old fave 
Trail to Hell. Meanwhile, 
we released 
Dispatch #33 back in Septemberat the Bunker  
Bash. Here are 
the 4 scenarios we have in #33for your ASL enjoyment:

Bedouin Blitz: Iraq 1941, British vs Bedouin 
Raiders in a seldom seen
setting from Ted Wilcox. Smallish tourney style 
action with Brit 1st
liners supported by a couple ACs, trying to stave off an 
attack by Iraqis
aided by mounted Bedouin Calvary. Action on newer board 
1A.

Atrocities Beget Atrocities: China 1948, Elements of the Chinese 
Nationalist Army counterattacking the Japanese 23rd Infantry Regiment 
to 
take back buildings on SK Board z. The Chinese set up a platoon in 
one of 4 
Victory buildings, then the Japanese set-up in the other 3 before 
the main 
Chinese force enters in a bid to take buildings back. Leaders 
also count for 
VPs in another cool, small to medium sized, tourney style 

The Streets of 
Kharkov: February 42, A new look at the fierce fighting in 
Kharkov by Mr 
Eastern Front Urban Combat himself, Tom Morin, with this 
mid-sized, combined 
arms death-match on Boards 45 & 51. This shows the 
Backhand Blow with 
the Russians on attack to take back buildings and the 
German looking to exit 
while also denying enemy building control. T-34s and
PzIVs mix it up as the 
SS and NKVD once again get to 'reacquaint' themselves
with each other. No 
Quarter is DEFINITELY in Effect!

Thunder From Heaven: NW Germany March 
1945: A Large, Killer of a 
Paradrop/Glider action by new Dispatches designer 
Mike Puccio see a 
reinforced company of USA 7-4-7 Paratroopers coming in via 
Para-drop 
while a company of Brits are coming in via Glider landing onto 3 
boards 
(16, 33, 43) defended by a mixed company of German troops supported 
by 3 (20L AA guns). The German does get variable reinforcements as the 
Allies
bear down on the Victory area. Looks like a classic!

We also 
have an analysis on VotGs Raid on Rodimtsev, a continued 
look by Carl 
Nogueira on the Japanese and the usual look at the regional 
Tourney scene.
