I have a question on LOS for placing a Spotting Round. If this situation exists: Rooftop locations are in play. A radio/Observer is at ground level and is otherwise able to place an AR. Due to the intervening terrain, the spotter can only see the rooftop Location of a building that he wants to be the target of his OBA mission (i.e. he wants to place the AR in this hex). It seems to me that this is a legal location for the AR to be placed - C1.3 says "... placing an AR counter on any hex containing a Location that is in his Observer's LOS ..." Can the rooftop location always be used to determine LOS for placement of an AR? Does it matter if rooftops are in play by SSR?
