A few years ago I had a "step-by-step/how-to" scenario list for learning PTO.  
It worked great, but now my brother finally wants to learn PTO and I can't find 
the list.  Anyone know what I'm talking about and where to find the list?  It 
was 10 or 12 scenarios that introduced PTO rules a few at a time.
