Yes, thought of that -- but as was pointed out, the ASLRB was designed
for individually replaceable pages and AH did issue many of
them.

I wouldn't even mind if they were issued as PDF and I could print my
own.

Scribbling errata in margins is just messy.

One could just apply all the Journal 10 errata to the 1st Edition Chapter
G as an alternative. The then it would be up-to-date/compatible - one
wouldn't get the bigger font though.
