The specific situation is that a Japanese Cloaking counter assault has moved into a jungle hex in which, as it turned out, there was an HIP Marine Raider HS. As per G.4 the Raider HS chose to remain HIP when the Japanese Cloaking counter moved in, and because it assault moved the Japanese counter was still there at the end of the Movement Phase. The question is: can the Marine unit remain HIP with an enemy unit in its hex even after the end of the Movement Phase or is it placed on board Concealed at the end of the Movement Phase?
