VECTOR: Monitor testing

Hello Group,
Could a Heathkit Dot/Bar generator be adapted to provide signals to test 
vector monitors?
Is there a system available to provide the appropriate signals for test 
patterns?
Why is the sky Blue? (Nevermind.)
