VECTOR: Battlezone problems

I have a battlezone that works fine, except for 2 problems.
The coin up doesn't work (not huge deal since I run in free play).
No sounds at all. I've checked all connections and reseated chips.

Don't know if these 2 problems are related or not, but would like any
hints on where to start looking.
