VECTOR: Mini BZ Cardbord Bezel

So looking at Dan's miniBZ pics ( http://www.oz.net/~dans/arcade/battle/ )
reminded me that I need a few things to finish up my mini BZ project.

I'm looking for the monitor cardboard bezel (with all the pretty artwork
on it) and the green tube overlay.
