VECTOR: TECH: Major Havoc

 Hi guys.

 Need some help.  My working Major Havoc PCB crapped out on me.  It was 
working fine and died in the middle of a game - one minute all was fine, the 
next, this:

 Any ideas?  It's running through the factory Atari Tempest adapter.    I 
think I lost one of the vector deflection chips, but I am not sure where to 
start looking or what to replace.
