VECTOR: Tips & Help for Battlezone restore?

Hi,

in restoring by Battlezone further, I am looking for:

1. Pics and measurements of the (missing) footstep. I want to rebuild it.
2. An idea what to do with a worn controlpanel. The artwork is printed 
directly on the panel and is heavily worn. I have no Overlay seen so far...
