RE: VECTOR: Design flaw found in Kurz Kasch 309C card - Cinematronics exerciser

I did this almost a year ago. I really don't remember what it was :(
sorry. I want to say the pdf was somehow incomplete or something.
Regardless, I know I fixed it in my design. I really don't remember. And
there was also some sort of upgrade so the exorcisor doesn't pull the
clock signal low. I incorporated all of the known upgrades and such into
my design. I just never ran it.
