Must be that the all blue ones are the conversions then :) - or still
possibly just early vs. late runs..

I know that there are the following:

Both boxes blue
1 box orange, 1 green
1 box orange, 1 blue

Don't know the reasons though :(

Mine has the field retrofit A040037-01 sticker on the rear and has the 2

blue boxes on the front...
