I don't like 3NT - I don't have 9 tricks and communication with partner 
is not going to be easy. It's too much of a gamble.
I would bid 2Cl (weak diamonds or strong) and then either pass (showing 
the weak hand - he's going to make that!) or to whatever level (showing 
nine tricks - I almost got those) if the opponents intervene.
But without this system, I have no clue. Possibly a strong diamond after 
all, but it can create the same problem if partner raises based on his 
black aces.
