Where do you see that?  I'd expect a DP, but I don't see why the score 
adjustment part of the rectification shouldn't follow normal procedures.

The problem is the TD cannot judge that at the table.  It takes study of 
the hand, understanding the partnership methods, and then consultation. 
Why not just give a normal UI ruling, and examine the case later if the 
UI seems to have been a factor?
