When I bid 3H, I wasn't expecting to make 4H based on the authorized information if partner doesn't bid it. Partner's pass says that I am still not expecting to make it. However, I have four defensive tricks, and partner should have something such as a black king if only one heart cashes. Therefore, I double; I might even get +300.
