Since this is IMP scoring, my best chance to beat the contract is to lead the HJ/HT according to system, and hope to find partner with the queen. At matchpoints, given the favorable lies in both minors, I expect a heart lead to be more likely to lose a trick to declarer's queen than to set up heart trick in time to use them, so I will lead the safer SJ. Both are logical alternatives.
